EL fuerte
El Fuerte, is a hotel located in Marbella, Spain. This hotel is proudly immersed in Andalusia's rich culture and traditions, mirroring its essence through the choice of furniture, materials, and, most notably, in the artworks adorning its spaces.
My involvement in this project, working alongside the interior designers from Jaime Beriestain Studio in Barcelona, and my colleague from Alma Studio Barcelona, primarily consisted of intricately creating a narrative that would eloquently convey the essence of Andalusian landscapes and traditions to the guests. From the moment they step foot into the hotel, through the dining areas, lounges, corridors, and into the guest rooms, every space was designed to immerse them in the diverse and rich tapestry of Andalusian culture."
To achieve this, I received specific instructions, starting from the concept, of Andalusian Culture, including the required renders, general layouts and elevations, and the artwork measurements to ensure that the designs would seamlessly integrate with the spaces and can start with a quotation.
I was also provided inspirational artwork design examples to ensure that my design aligned with the desired interior aesthetic and concept.
